PCR Test only, PCR Fit to Fly and PCR Test to Release tests -

We aim to deliver your results by 10pm the day AFTER your test, however in some cases results could take up to 48 hours to receive, especially if your sample needs to be re-tested.

Lateral flow tests - we aim to deliver your results in 30mins from your sample being taken

Request for changes within 72 hours* of your appointment time will not be permitted unless your flight has been cancelled by the airline within 72 hours or government guidelines have changed. In this event, we will ask for proof of that fact and you will have the option to rebook for an alternative date or on request, we will issue a CDL Covid-19 testing voucher for an equivalent test to use at any of our testing centres within a period of 12 months from the date of your original test (subject to availability).

You can book and pay for your preferred time and testing centre via our ‘Book a Test’ page. Within 30 minutes of paying and booking, you will then be sent a confirmation email with a QR code.

You must bring a copy of the QR code with you on the day of your test. Please also bring a copy of your valid passport if you require a Fit to Fly Certificate or have booked for Test to Release test.

If your booking is more than 72 hours ahead and you wish to amend your booking, please visit our Booking Amendment page.

Yes - a Fit to Fly certificate can be used regardless of how you are travelling e.g. ship, coach, train or airplane).
It is your responsibility to check the specific entry requirements for the country you are travelling to, to ensure the type of test you book and associated Fit to Fly documentation will be accepted for entry.
