After you have made a booking with us, the following communications will be sent:
- Order confirmation email: Immediately upon completion of the booking, an order confirmation email containing the invoice details will be sent to the person who made the booking.
- Booking confirmation email: Up to 30 minutes after completion of the booking, an individual booking confirmation email will be sent for each person on the booking (to the email address that was entered against their name by the booker). This email contains the Booking Reference (a code beginning with SCPT or CPT) and the QR code that each individual must bring to their appointment.
- SMS confirmation: Up to 30 minutes after completion of the booking, an SMS confirmation containing the Booking Reference and the appointment time will be sent to each phone number that was entered as the point of contact for any of the individuals on this booking.
- Account activation email: If the person making the booking registered details with us for the first time when making this booking, an activation email will be sent to them with a link that must be clicked through in order to access the account again in the future (for access to results or to make changes to the booking).
- Finally, the day before the test, another SMS reminder will be sent out to everyone who received the original SMS confirmation.
