If you registered with your email and password when you booked with us, that means you have an account. You need to have activated your account in order to amend details or reschedule your appointment yourself. (See article: Activating your account)
Items you can amend/reschedule yourself:
- Date of appointment (up until 24 hours before your appointment time, subject to availability)
- Time of appointment (up until 24 hours before your appointment time, subject to availability)
- Your personal details (up until your appointment)
How to amend your personal details
If you have not yet attended your appointment, you can amend your own personal details by logging in to your account and making the changes free of charge. (See article: How to log in to your account)
How to reschedule your appointment
If it is more than 24 hours before your appointment, you can amend the date/time of your appointment yourself. Simply log in to your account and choose a new date/time, free of charge. (See article: How to log in to your account)
If it is less than 24 hours until your appointment, then rescheduling is not permitted except for the following reasons:
- Your travel provider has cancelled or made changes to your arrangements within 72 hours of the scheduled departure time.
- The government guidelines have changed.
If either of these cases apply to you, or you need to amend the test type or location, then you need to cancel your test and rebook a new one using the voucher we will send you. (See article: Cancellations)
Can I add someone to my booking?
No, unfortunately once a booking is made, it cannot be amended to add another person. However, you can create a new booking for the extra members of your party. Make sure that you bring all your QR codes to your appointments.
