You must activate your account in order to amend details, reschedule your appointment or view your results.
To activate your account, click on the link in the activation email we sent you first registered your details. The activation email originates from ExpressTest with the subject ‘Account activation email’.
If you cannot locate the email, please contact us and select 'My results have not arrived / Errors in my documentation' in the 'How can we help?' field.
