Addresses
- The wrong address is pre-populated
The pre-populated address can be overwritten with the correct address.
NOTE: The pre-populated address comes from your account, so be sure to update your account with the correct address. (See article: Amending and rescheduling) - The correct address does not appear in the list of options
Enter the postcode/zip code first, then select from the list of addresses. - The system does not accept my postcode/zip code
Select the country first, then enter postcode/zip code - The correct address is not found in the address lookup list
Select the closest address to yours, and once the address fields are automatically filled in, manually correct any errors.
Dates of Birth
- My date of birth is incorrect
The scrolling mechanism on some device software can make selecting dates tricky. Take care when selecting your date of birth, because it will appear on your Fit to Fly certificate exactly as you have entered it and in order to travel it must be the same as the date of birth on your travel document. - The wrong date of birth is pre-populated

Payment issues
- Ensure that you have a strong network connection before making payment.
- If this is the first time the problem has occurred, try clearing the cache, opening a new browser and trying again.
- If you have tried multiple times with the same card, your bank may decline your card as part of their fraud prevention processes. You may want to try a different card.
