Entry requirements for all countries during the COVID-19 pandemic are different and changing constantly.
It is your responsibility to ensure that you have the necessary and correct documentation for your journey before you travel, including how long before travel your test must be taken. It is very important that you investigate thoroughly what kind of test you need for your entire journey, including transit stops. Ensure that for each country you will visit/transit through you understand:
- What type of test is required?
- How long before your arrival must any required tests be taken?
- Are requirements for children and young adults different from other travellers?
- Does your vaccination status make a difference to what test you require/whether you can travel?
ExpressTest will not accept liability should your travel provider or destination country not accept the document we provide; or if a test is booked at a time that does not meet the requirements of the destination country; and/or there is insufficient time before travel for test results to be delivered. Please be aware that our ExpressTest colleagues cannot provide advice about travel testing requirements.
ExpressTest provides a link from our home page to sherpa, an online service designed to assist travellers to understand the testing requirements for their international travel.
Other places to do your research include airline websites, the government websites of the countries you are travelling to and the latest UK Government Foreign Travel Advice (for travel to destinations outside of the UK).
