If your booking reference begins SCPT...
when test results are ready, an email will be sent to the email address which was entered for each person booked for a test. This email will contain a link to a log in which will give access to the results, and any Fit to Fly certificates and associated QR codes.
If you are the person who made the booking...
log into your account to view and download your result, and the results of anyone else for whom you entered your email as the contact email address.
If you are not the person who made the booking...
and the booker supplied your own email address for you, you will receive an email advising that your test results are ready; and providing you with a URL link. Click on the link and enter your date of birth and phone number - as entered by the booker - to access and download your results.
If you have not received this email, the booker may have supplied their own email address instead of yours, so you need to contact the booker for your results.

If the specific requirements for your journey include a location QR code on the travel certificate, contact us, and select "My results have not arrived / Errors in my documentation' in the 'How can we help field?' so we can arrange this for you.
Missing results emails?
- Check your junk/spam folder in case your email service provider has placed it in there.
- If you made the booking, check your account to ensure that you have entered the correct email address.
- If someone else made the booking, check with them that they entered a valid email for you in the booking.
- Contact us and select 'Request booking confirmation' in the 'How can we help?' field.
