The Fit to Fly certificate provides evidence that you have undertaken COVID-19 testing prior to your international journey by plane, ship, car, or train. If your test result is negative for COVID-19 you will receive your Fit to Fly certificate at the same time that you receive your results. (See article: How will I receive my results?)
It is your responsibility to ensure that the test you book and the Fit to Fly certificate we supply are acceptable for your travel plans. (See article: Which test do I need?)

Can I get an example of the Fit to Fly certificate in advance?
Unfortunately, we are not able to share this. However, it will contain the following types of information:
- Test type
- Personal details
- Time/Date of swabbing/lab testing
- Test result
Do your Fit to Fly certificates have a location QR code?
Most of our Fit to Fly certificates come with a location QR code. Transport staff can scan the QR code to see the Fit to Fly certificate.
There are some cases where the Fit to Fly certificate will not contain a QR code. If this is the case and the specific requirements for your journey include a QR code on the travel certificate contact us, and select "My results have not arrived / Errors in my documentation' in the 'How can we help field?' so we can arrange this for you.
