Our friendly staff are ready to welcome you for your appointment, and we want your experience with us to be a positive one.
Seating
Our test centres are dedicated to the quick and safe administration of your test, and as such we do not have general seating areas. If you are unable to stand whilst waiting for your turn to be registered/swabbed or you need a little time or space in order to prepare yourself for your test, just let our staff know and they can find a place for you to sit down while you wait. Take as long as you need to relax and get ready for your test.
Wheelchair Accessibility
While we recognise that using our drive through facility may be your favoured choice for a test, we can accommodate testing for you at any of our test centres. Testing from a wheelchair in privacy is possible at all our walk through and in terminal test centres, and they are all wheelchair accessible, with the exception of Heathrow Terminal 4 In Terminal. (See article: Wheelchair accessibility at Heathrow Terminal 4)
Toilet Facilities
We do not have in-house toilet facilities at any of our walk through test centres, but they are all located on the premises of larger sites such as airports and shopping centres, where there is access to public toilets.
NOTE: customers at our drive through test centres must remain in their vehicle at all times.
If there is anything we can do to make your experience with us easier or more pleasant, please let our staff at the test centre know.
Please contact us if you have questions about the facilities at our test centres.
NOTE: this email is monitored strictly for questions regarding customer accessibility. If you require time critical assistance regarding a test you have booked with us, please consult our digital assistant Aida - click the icon in the lower right corner of your screen.
